This year is probably the first year that I have actually sat down and thought of resolutions that I knew I could do. I find that every year I set unrealistic goals for myself, things that I would need more than a year to do. So this year instead of setting large goals, I’m setting progress goals. By this I mean that I want to use this year as a stepping stone to improving my life. Rome wasn’t built in a day and I won’t be built in a year.
My resolutions for 2018 are somewhat simple.
- Walk more.
- Get more organized
- Maintain a good GPA
- Discover new music
- Practice Self-care
- Do makeup a few times a week
- Love myself
This list is what I will be following this year, maybe I’ll increase the intensity next year. For now this list is what I need to maintain and improve my wellbeing.
